You have to develop a taste to understand this kind of cinema. It is like sushi. If you develop the taste for it --you like it. Otherwise you just detest it to the core. It has a nice slow pace.. It is extremely well written and Very.. very well made. But if I have to criticize , I didn't like Gyllenhall much. That obsession for finding out the killer was a little bit over the top for me. 4 out of 5 stars for this gem of a movie.
