The Prime Minister has only one option left in the state's arsenal and he has left it a week too late to get civil control over the protesters in Ottawa. That is to call up the army which no other body is capable of doing. He has obviously not learned the lesson from his father, Pierre, who said, when public safety was out of control, " just watch me". And then citizens were again confident to go outside to visit with their neighbours, enjoy their freedom, and be grateful they lived in a country with intelligent and decisive leaders. When the inmates are running the jail, it is time to bring in the right people.
