Zheng Yi Loh

Trashy remake of a good cartoon from 1998. The set tries to appear Chinese but does little to actually portray what the Chinese cities and culture looked like. The only saving grace is the appearance of Jet Li and Liu Yifei.

This show is so badly done it feels like a B or C grade TV series. It's like there's a lack of budget in the way the whole show was filmed and the story is just so clunky in so many ways. The only saving grace to this was the fact that baby Yoda was introduced, and it looks cute. The acting was bad, the storytelling was bad, the plot was bad (and convenient), the directing was bad, and the theme music was cheesy at best.
