A good film about touching another soul who touches yours. it captured my heart right away. The child actor was excellent and there were nice romantic overtones, turned unconditional love. We all need a touchstone, a mirror in life that brings out our best so we can see ourselves more clearly. Each main character comes away with a fuller heart and a more resolute path to follow despite a world that ignores their beauty. A treat for all, with grace and humor. A must see.

A perfect movie about imperfect people. Kathleen Turner has gained even more talent since her absence. Along with a well chosen supporting cast this movie is deeply reverential to the human spirit showing that even though we all strive to be "good" people the measure of that is not in our successes but in how well we come to grips with our shortcomings. A well acted and poignant movie.
