Pros: - It is in the Matrix. - It has a great cast (sense8's) + a pretty good new Smith - The camera work is excellent! Cons: - It doesn't feel like a good Matrix movie. - Fights are nowhere near pleasant. Fist fights feels off, and the gun fights are not in par with the likes of the previous trilogy :( - I don't know why, but the VFX is not really up to date. I mean, come on! The Matrix has always been famous for using lots of CGI elements and VFX shot. We don't want something “Real” when they are fighting in the Matrix. Conclusion: I think it's somewhat a good reboot of the Matrix. We expect the 11/10 from Lana. We saw what she and Lilly can do on the Matrix revolution. We saw what Lana can do in Sense8. That's why we're a bit confused about how this went. Don't get me wrong, it's a good movie. But not a Wachowski's good.

You should be prepared to watch 2 hours of mind-blowing stuff. From your religious beliefs (if you have) to 9/11 attacks and also the whole “war” thing and the benefits of the few from it. So, open your eyes and listen carefully to the end, then you can think about it. Also watch second and third movie afterwards.

I can't describe this experience enough! Visuals are fantastic and boss fights are great. that little romancy thing was well done.
