(PLEASE READ VERY IMPORTANT) Listen this might be a long one but please read, if you like arena fighters this is a fun one but a very extremely annoying one, this game has so many flaws it’s ridiculous. “Yea I know it just came out of course it’s gonna have flaws”. But there are so many it’s unreal. I don’t know if anybody has came across this but the ability to parry seems insanely useless against most characters. You’d think “oh maybe if I hit this parry and push him back far enough maybe I can get a hit in”- WRONG. The parry system is useless against all mashers, you are heavily rewarded for mashing and the side stepping system is nothing like storm 4 either. When you side step, you can’t go into a block. A Side step is so easily punished even if you time it right you still get hit by a water wheel or if the person they play as has a lot of range in swings(btw please nerf water wheel i swear it has tracking and it hits so hard and everyone spams it). Another thing, when two people dash at each other and you decide to be the smart guy and try to block mid dash so you both don’t get push back and so that you get the upper hand to push them off you, you get punished for blocking. As you hold down the block for some odd reason the block input acts like it’s never been pressed and you get put into a combo. And please fix the ranking system. If a enemy were to quit mid fight you get no points from it at all. Literally today I gone against 6 players and won but as my ultimate cutscene plays out they leave and I’m given no credit. OH but when you finally lose you, you lose points and every single match you would’ve won meant nothing what’s so ever. Please do something about this. Like put a ban on players who decide leave the match for like 30 minutes or something just to give them a fear for doing it.
