I disliked because makers of this are creating a psuedo narrative from a story from scripture to feed wrong concept into Indian people who haven't read Ramayan completely. Turning and adultery story into story of rape and feminist. I'm all ok for showing women issues but using fake and wrong means and trying to degrading one's scripture on wrong and fake narrative is not good. #Sujoy_Gosh And If these makers have any integrity and self-respect. In the penence of showing wrong story these movie makers should make a movie showing complete real story and apology of making wrong message story from one's scriptures. Rishi Gautama curse to Indra, Ahalya was reduced to a stone and Indra was reduced to a eunuch bearing a thousand vaginas on his body. Indra’s predicament became a joke in all the worlds. Brahma prescribed severe penance to Indra, undergoing which, he earned the grace of Shiva. The marks all over his body were transformed into eyes. He came to be regarded from then on as the thousand-eyed god. Ahalya was cursed by Rishi Gautama (Her husband), She will become a rock statue. Ahalya regained her form after she had been redeemed by the grace of Rama's feet. She joined her husband in the Himalayas and her penance is quoted as an example to this day.
