I think I prefered the book more. Recently finished reading the book and wanted to watch the movie too. I always prefer the books more than the movie because it felt very rushed putting everything in 2 hours. Glad I read the book first as I dont think I could enjoy/ follow the storyline. This is probably my own issue but ending is very sad. I hoped they both could find happiness together.

I don’t really leave drama review but for this drama I will. I have watched Itaewon Class and was so obsessed with it and couldn’t move on. But then I thought to give it a try. This drama was recommended by my friend. I watched the trailer- same old me thinking what the hell is this? But!! I’ve learnt my lesson from Itaewon Class trailer, you cannot judge a drama by the trailer. It will not tell you anything about it! Like you cannot judge a book by its cover. I’m honestly glad I’ve watched this drama and I am so thankful for my friend recommended it. It’s definitely something we all need (well, me personally during this lock down) to laugh and to be perfectly honest, this drama as other people said will make you laugh and boost your mood! It is too funny. I just love those 3 girls spending time together! As other people said, what I love about this drama was about the relationship Bok-Joo and the swimmer (I’m so bad with Korean name) both had. I can say it’s the sweetest drama. The fact he was always by her side when she was all hurt by her first ever crush and the friendship they had at that point was full of love and caring. Which made me so jealous as I don’t really have someone like that in my life haha My favourite episode is when he realised his feelings towards her and the sweet increased ! If I’m allowed to say one thing about what I felt was that I personally felt Bok-Joo moved too soon to this swimmer. She was so devastated with her first ever crush which broke her heart. She cried so much and lost motivation for literally everything, I felt that I personally wanted to see herself a little more developing feelings to him. Obviously I did get it when she thought about him more and wanted him to call her name and stay be her side. She did say that she’s not sure whether she likes him just as a friend or as a boyfriend. Although I personally felt things moved quite quickly and they were very close to each other in a romantic way. I have to be honest, as much I was like Awww :) seeing them two together, I did felt strange to see such a sudden flirtation if I am making sense here. Or maybe it was just me who missed that bit haha This drama will be the one to watch when I need a laugh and boost my mood! I don’t think I felt as lost and empty as I felt after watching Itaewon Class but I didn’t want the drama to end. I’ll be rewatching it soon! Especially the funny scenes :)) Please watch it everyone! You won’t regret it x
