With TLOU, the focus has always been the story. Gameplay and combat were always average, but the reason it was so beloved was the story. TLOU 2 continues with the same average gameplay and combat, with a solid 10/10 for music, graphics, and sound. The actors did a terrific job with an absolutely awful script (0/10). Others have already discussed the character issues. It reminds me of season 8 of game of thrones and the last Jedi. A colossal disappointment from what was an intriguing and emotionally charged original story.
