Served on a silver plate and yet they still messed up on this second film this hard. Has a super good idea and premise, where the zombie outbreak doesn't spread to the whole globe and is contained in Korea. There's SO MUCH POTENTIAL with the setting and premise. Yet they explored none of that, and went with some shallow gold hunt story thats in every other 5/10 action film. This is also much more action packed instead of suspense and horror. It also has horrible voice acting, acting, CGI, and terrible choreography on action.
One of the worst films i've seen in the past 2 years. Sad because the first one was much better. It was by no means a masterpiece but was definitely enjoyable over popcorn. This one is just simply....garbage.
The entire film is pretty much shot on a green screen with very fake lighting, poor music choices, and very cringe and unnatural looking. They wanted to make this action packed and scale up the action meter, but in doing so, they likely did not have budget to use real actors for zombies. So instead we get CGI generated over a green screen type of zombies that you see in Disney World.... i can't even fathom what kind of director would think this is better...To me it seems like they knew the movie will sell due to the first film's success, so they just want to cash in, make a super cheap film with a low budget, and reap in the free moviegoers who will go in disappointed, but will still pay money regardless.
