I thought it was pretty neat! It doesn't turn out how these types of movies usually go and you also learn the main girl's true character at the end. It isn't what you expect at all. Or not what I expected at least.

I remember reading it years ago when I was in early middle school or late elementary. It absolutely wrecked me, but I saved it. I still have it a decade later, but I don't think I can bring myself to read it again just yet.
