The direction and acting in the series is good, but I feel like it is highly biased in favor of the Romans. For example, Mehmed is shown as a cruel and narrow-minded leader even though he could not have conquered Constantinople unless he was an excellent leader and commander of the army. On the other hand, Giustiniani who was a pirate and a mercenary is shown as a hero.
