The game physics, player logic, bare bones franchise, money grabbing/pay-to-win MUT, Yard mode that no one asked for, stale commentary, and stupid superstar abilities make this game borderline unplayable. I've played Madden for over 20 years and can't believe how far off the mark this game has gotten over the last decade. Sadly, it's a clear case of profit over product and EA Sports doesn't care. It's clear that their chief demographic is spoiled 12 year olds who use their parents credit card to buy MUT packs. I have no idea how this game can be classified as a sim. It's so far from what actually football resembles that you'd be better off avoiding this game entirely if you were looking at buying Madden for the first time. What's more sad is if they just listened to the consumer they would have a halfway decent product. This franchise's best days are behind them.
