In your program aired 9/7/21 I was appaled to see the presenter of the TV programme and owners of the cheese factory not wearing face masks as they giddily discussed cheese making, bending over large tubs of cheese, stirring the cheese and filling containers. That cheese is contaminated and should not be sold under any circumstances. Even if there was no covid it is essential to wear masks when processing foods for public consumption. It seems ironic that commonsence is discarded when a TV camera presents in a food processing plant.
Covid or no covid masks are essential to limit food contamination from air-bourne and "mouth" discharged droplets.
