this is a fantastic movie. educational, realistic, well-made, and heartbreaking. kudos to everyone who worked on this film.

I absolutely loved this movie! I watched it with my sister, and we died laughing. The acting was phenomenal, and the setting was great! I loved the acting, the comedy, everything. They did an awesome job at summarizing things and not dragging scenes out unless it was for well-timed comedic purposes. I feel like the only people who are hating on this movie are either parents, or hardcore Hunger Games fans. I enjoyed this movie because I’m pretty neutral on the Hunger Games. They were good movies, I suppose, but I don’t have much of an opinion on them as a whole. I feel like that is who this parody movie is directed at. I got the jokes and understood the references, and I didn’t feel “attacked” at any of the jabs they were making towards the characters. All-in-all, it was a very funny movie! The jokes were well-executed and times, the acting and setting was great, and they did a very nice job at poking fun at the original movie. My only complaint is that there are a few jokes that were unfunny or dragged on for too long, but that’ll happen in pretty much any comedy movie (or just anything in general). The rest of the film definitely made up for it. I would definitely recommend watching this movie with a sibling, or group of friends! It’s even better if you are sleep-deprived; maybe a little baked or tipsy. 9.5/10!! <3
