I couldn't tell if Health did a good job. Sometimes he sounded like a cockney, sometimes an American and sometimes an Australian. Was he supposed to be a mixed up character in a quirky film? I don't know but I don't think it helped the portrayal of his character. But the film was enjoyable and Tom Waits did not disappoint. Depp was cartoon like.
