The show was visually astounding and conceptually genius but on a whole not a success. The frenetic body movements coupled with the constant shifting of the set pieces got tired. The acting was atrocious. Whoever trained them skipped the topics of diction and projection. I missed much of the dialogue. The actors were way too old for their parts. They should have recited their lines with American accents. The cringy fake British accents that went in and out did them no favors. I wish I had seen this on the West End. Why are British actors so much better than American actors? Higher standards and better schooling.
