Positives: Jude Law as Dumbledore was amazing and he did a fantastic job. The visuals are stunning. And yay! We get to see Hogwarts again! The rest was boring and quite confusing. Plus there were so many plot holes and some things made no sense. Like why did Dumbledore teach DADA? And what’s up with McGonagall being at Hogwarts even though she technically wasn’t even born yet? And Nagini. I was so excited to see her in the movie, however, all she did was stand off to the side and look pretty. She only turned into the snake form once! I left disappointed. It was obvious that JK Rowling was setting up a Newt/Tina thing in the first movie but nothing happened to their relationship. Plus, I think Leta’s story was rushed so quickly that instead of suspense or shock we were all just left with questions. Overall rating: 3/10. Not really worth seeing again.
