A Town like Alice was the most deeply moving World War II movie I have ever seen. I had read the book and the movie stuck pretty closely to it.
The story is truly one of self-sacrifice, incredible bravery of people under the most acute distress and a memorable love.

I have been a KTLA viewer for more than 40 years and up until this morning have thoroughly enjoyed and respected the station.
However, this morning, Sunday, February 7th, I listened to and then watched Dayna Devon graphically describe childbirth with the head showing then tastelessly walking with legs apart to indicate "dropping" a baby.
Is there no restraint, taste or dignity anymore on the news? Say what you will about current standards but there is no excuse for tasteless remarks or behavior on a news program where you expect some dignity.
Dayna needs further training in professionalism - unless KTLA does not care(??!)
