First, there is more than what the Baroness looks like on the outside. You could've spent thirty seconds talking about her past. Second, come on, a kid that is a direct cause of her mother's death? What was I supposed to act when I saw that scene? Shed in tears because our little Estella is by herself now? Thirdly, if you're making a movie that has fashion as a big role, expand on it. Why make "fashion" a thing that you can easily replace with any other occupation? This movie has a lot of good settings, but whoever wrote this story is just not up to expectations. Like, if you are going to write a fairytale, don't make it PG-13.
