Sorry, I felt the show quite rigid to the end. When the winner was chosen. The critics showed favouritism. Poor presentation to win what a joke. Not a recommended show. Towards the end time wasting. Fine dining is minimal food not a buffet which doesn't meet the brief. This show doesn't give marks for presentation et techniques. Only flavours, a joke to show messy food to win. Plus an unfair competition. But if you like to know the theory of food I guess it worked. It was like native Australian dessert time to win when it didn't last time. A very silly show. In a nutshell just think of mariah carey at bryan tanaka. Sorry don't bother. A big no not to tune if in for next year.
