It was extremely sad to see how such a great novel series was completely dismantled and destroyed in this Apple show. The only thing that could make justice to this "insult" to Asimov and his books, would be to erase this TV show, like it never existed. I regret watching every single second of the 20 minutes I was able to last. The Foundation books are the best sci-fi books, if not the best books I have ever read. The way Asimov incoorporated social, economical, physcological, and political concepts and behaviors into a science fiction story was simply brilliant. I have no words to describe how extraordinary these were. On the contrary, this Apple TV show completely eradicated all these elements of the main storyline to incorporate a love story and woke agenda that never existed in the books. They changed the gender and race of three main characters, they altered the original storyline to incorporate an absurd love story, and completely failed to select appropiate actors. If you are reading this and have not read the books, completly forget about this TV show (never watch it!), go buy the books - either the original trilogy or all seven books, and go enjoy them; you are about to read some masterpieces.
