This film was the second installment in the new “pre boot” of the Halloween franchise that took a whole new course ignoring the other films after the second installment of Halloween in 1981. Halloween Kills lived up to it’s name. KILLS. There was A LOT of killing. More gruesome. More serial. However, it was not essential to the storyline and it felt the need to be added to show the inevitably and immortality of Michael Myers instead of telling a story. A 3.5/5 from me.
