It's an engrossing and captivating read. The book tells stories of women from different era with utmost honesty. The book celebrates womanhood and addresses a lot of tabooed topics in our society. It beautifully captures the different shades of women when characters show compassion, resilience, obedience and even destruction when their silence is misunderstood as their weakness.

It was a marvellous read. I loved the honesty with which this memoir is written. There are times when the author is a tad bit embarrassed to reveal the truth but she does it anyways. They way she has shared her vulnerabilities in the book would make you feel that it's absolutely okay to be imperfect. Also, taking a break for yourself in life to figure out your stuff is also okay. If you're going through a hard time, pick this book and make plans as you read.
