I like what this show shows us behind the scenes. Although it does make me think twice about eating out ANYWHERE. I think that the added stress of all of those customers coming back at the same time is a little unnecessary and unrealistic. I get that it is done for the benefit of the show but I don't know of any restaurants that have every table full of customers waiting outside before the restaurant is open and I live in tourist hell. Maybe they should consider doing a rotating entry for customers coming back in. Good luck to all those featured.
