I keep discovering new things
First of all, I think that this game has enough potential to accomplish great successes and to reach the Steam Awards and Game awards. I don't think there is a gamer alive that doesn't appreciate this game at least at its 70%.
The gameplay itself is a masterpiece and lets you test your limits as well as enjoying the game. Even though some bits are annoying like the fact of getting your ship sunken or that people keep stealing your treasures, those inconveniences will not only be a great advantage for your rival, but also you as you keep learning how to handle extreme conditions: enemy attacks, dangerous maneuvers against ships or monsters in the sea, or even terrible weather conditions. Everything you learn in this game will be useful in every single situation.
You will also have to get used to the 8 factions that you'll find in islands. These factions allow you to challenge yourself in exciting quests on the map of the Sea of Thieves. Each one of these trading companies rewards you with unique treasures and gold. But even if these quests seem interesting, others are deadly. You need to make sure that every time you start an adventure on the sea, that you are always prepared for any incoming dangers.
From my experience, I've played this game since its first launch, but unfortunately, I lost my google account which came with my game progress (of course, I've started a new account). So I cannot speak for everyone here. But I can speak for every gamer in the world that thinks that this game is no fun.
Sea of Thieves is an amazing game, and I can assure you, if you are a fan of first-person action-adventure games, you cannot skip this one.
This is my favorite FP AA game, but I only put 4 stars, because, and don't get me wrong, even though some games might seem at perfection, none of them is 100% perfect.
