I loved unbreakable and split. The way glass ends is nothing but dissatisfaction to me. They don’t give David enough screen time when it comes to showing his powers and instead a chunk is taken to attack his character more than the horde or mr.glass. I saw so much potential when David is seen at the end of split, so when I watched this movie I had high hopes. SPOILER ALERT: Basically the entire movie is about an organization that kills those with powers. But instead of going with that and creating something that could’ve been amazing, they have half the movie with Sarah Paulson telling everyone they made up their powers. Then they kill off everyone for no real reason. We then find out mr.glass uploaded video footage so everyone could see the powers they’re capable of? I just saw no point of killing off all three, much less David. Maybe that’s the fan in me, but the movie could’ve showed mr.glass’s true intelligence if they had shown the world their powers and faked their deaths. I just saw no point in this.
