I don't remember the last time I cried watching anything. I keep reminding myself, ' it's a work of fiction, it ain't real'. But some plots are so authentic, some characters so relatable, that one tends to forget that it's not real. ( Actually 'crying would be an understatement, I full on bawled) . Needless to say, the plot , the script were out of the world; but it's the characters who give Stranger Things an edge over other web series. The layers to these characters, the diversity, the slight flaws and imperfections , the development they undergo, is what makes them perfect. This is what makes us laugh with them, and share anguish with them. I'm eternally grateful to the creators of Stranger Things. You changed my life. (Literally, I got into 80's stuff, that is life changing).
