Marian Smith

This story in no imaginable way resembles the Nutcracker original story. Even knowing the story in advance, I couldn't follow much of the plot for the first part of the movie. The best character in the whole movie is Morgan Freeman. I love to watch good movies over and over; however, this is one I will never watch again. The plot is flat, the characters one-dimensional. For all the special effects & the elaborate sets and costumes the movie was boring.
