To me this was a very messy film. I want to start by saying I loved the first movie and I found this one to be fine but it could be better. I enjoyed all the characters especially Maxwell Lord, and that's what held the movie together for me. The big problem with this movie is that there are so many plot holes and inconsistencies and things that just don't make any sense. I fell like the more you think about the movie the less fun it becomes. The action was fun and all of the actors knocked it out of the park. I really liked Pedro Pascal as Maxwell Lord and he was a very sympathetic and understandable villain. Kristen Wig did a good job as cheetah but she wasn't needed in the story, besides to be someone for Wonder Woman to fight. Overall I did have a good time watching this movie as I did like to see all the characters interact with each other, but the story is riddled with plot holes and inconsistencies and the more I think about the film the less I like it.

The movie was fun but a bit predictable. The cgi was bad at times, and I wish Captain Marvel herself was a little more fleshed out but other than that Captain Marvel is definitely worth a watch.
