**MILD SPOILER ALERT**: This is another gem of a Sam Mendes family drama. With such gripping storyline, unpredictable and unfurling with a great simmering suspense. The movie does open up with s disclaimer about the protagonist's death. But you can't seem to believe it until you see it. The cinema is really a great piece of art. It's dark, and authentic. The apparent-ness of life actually holds a lot to it. Just like a boiling pot of water on stove with its lid covered. The moment you open the lid, the seemingly stagnant pot bursts into fogging steam... It's just like that. If you have watched Sam mendes' Revolutionary Road, which is also great but loud and feelings of hopelessness and failed ambitions creep in fast, American beauty has many more layers added onto it. A failed marriage and many turmoiled relationships. It's a must must watch. Really loved the acting skills of each and every character. Not a single character disappointed me. Great work!!

Talking about this series, I have watched far better series than this. The good things are - 1.beautiful Hindustani classical music. And fusion of classical and pop music. You get the taste of both. But the flavours are not everlasting. 2. The beauty of Rajasthan. Now, what I feel genuinely about the series is, the plot is quite cliché and very predictable. These kinds of plots we have come across in bollywood many a times.so, There's no newness. Rather, everything is an exaggerated version of reality, atleast for me. It's not grounded to the reality, which is quite expected from a good Web series. Also, the music and landscapes can't compensate for the lack of good script and plot. I found this series quite stereotypical. Like, in cinema either everything is black or it is white. It's quite hard to find that grey spot. This is definitely NOT grey. You will find it if you decide to watch it. 3 stars for just acting, as they acted nicely, as they might have been told. That's all. Otherwise, story wise I would give 2/5.
