What a amazing watch from beginning to end! Not only do we get to see appearances and references from basketballs latest and the greatest, the performance from these guys was authentic. The authenticity, the personality, and the casting choices were great. I felt deeply connected to the characters in their struggles and celebrated in their triumph. Heart warming, exciting, and satisfying even if I finished the movie wishing for more. I loved this movie and my basketball girlfriend loved it even more!

I hated this movie. Absolutely love And respect spike but come on. The cinematography was okay during the present day scenes but every time they switched to the Vietnam era they tried too hard to make the quality look like an old camera that it looked too good. The acting is sub par, the characters felt less like friends and more like the guys forced to be friends because their wives are friends. The story is ridiculous and tried too hard in some places (aka history) and less on the story and narrative. Couldn’t finish it because it was too bland and unrealistic.
