(Spoilers)

Being a new-ish Tomb Raider fan and playing the Survivor Trilogy this year, I expected this to be a super flawless experience. But I was mistaken, because as soon as I got to that "beautiful" Paititi, I was shortly after put into horrible obstacles which are absurdly difficult and I could not complete most of it without the help of other people
I will not replay this game (possibly), as much as I want to. This has to be the worst Tomb Raider game (not including spin-offs).
I truly thought that Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition was already difficult enough, in which the game felt like war in the whole experience… but Shadow has made me utterly frustrated and uneasy. I also don't get the point with adding extremely difficult points the Tomb Raider series such as when you have to hide in the bushes and you have no weapons, you cannot get caught and if you do you will get shot at by maybe 10 people. I’m sick of this game, mostly just the Paititi area, but the rest is absolutely fine.
When it started off in Mexico, I was happy and enjoyed the music and atmosphere. The mask Lara had on for Día de Muertos was a great touch.
But towards the end, I look back, and say "Why did we go to Mexico and only for the start of the game!?". Shadow had so much potential but was greatly ruined with Paititi's horrid mess.
I'm sorry, but never again. The only way I'm coming back to this game is not due to the main story.
