Acting is good but have mixed feelings regarding such a negative portrayal of Bogata, but…just a story. Nevertheless, if S Korea was portrayed this way I’m sure the S. Korean community would have protested the movie. If you like mafia-type violent movies you might like this one. Agree with most of the comments made regarding bad storylines and directorial missteps! However, these days I find that so many writers and directors are not doing extensive research to provide more realistic storylines. While I feel that some movies/dramas don’t need to “make sense” since they are meant for “entertainment” only, when the viewer keeps getting annoyed at such nonsensical scenes then it turns out to not be very entertaining after all.

I find it interesting but some of the details seem silly and…well, I can see why it is not well received in S Korea but I will finish watching it. Can’t take everything so serious…😉

Interesting use of a variety of races as cast members but story is still as romantic as ever.

While not perfect (can’t think of one that is), and full of k-drama cliches, Lee Seung Gi and Lee Se Young in Law Cafe are doing a great job. Along with a talented and funny cast, this is an entertaining show that not only teaches but also keeps viewers laughing and crying while wanting to see what’s next. I have decided to not let a few annoying issues ruin the pleasure of watching my favorite k-actor Lee Seung Gi!! Enjoy.

Fun and playful but a tad too childish — but it IS about “children”…! 😉

While very sad topics are obviously covered, this drama depicts many issues most of us have to deal with sooner or later. It is worth the time and tears shed to watch. Some storylines border on what may seem to be too obvious or depressing but it has been helping me with my own loss. I guess one can say, “The tears shed are cleaning my spirit and soul.” Many funny and touching moments too. PLUS we get to see Ji Chang Wook’s beautiful face and great acting!! I hope more people will support him.

Great variety show that showcases the many talents of the entire cast. Most of the episodes are hilarious and great “laughter”therapy. And it also educates viewers on a variety of topics like how to become a better investor to how to enjoy the beauty of S Korea to the importance of laughter and music AND SO MUCH MORE. It is so worth the time to watch. Lee Seung Gi reminds us that a young man can be a great leader and an inspiration to his country as well as to the world. The entire cast, including those who have moved on, contribute to the synergy of the show. Thanks to producers and entire staff for putting on a classy program.

While not a fan of this genre, I love Lee Seung Gi so I want to support his work. Series is not for the faint hearted but exciting, thought provoking and edgy with great acting, direction, writing and cinematography. Difficult to get a clear understanding of story if you fast forward or skip episodes so be patient and pay attention to small details. Hope more South Koreans would watch! (To increase ratings) Very glad LSG is “stretching” his acting.

What is not to like? Great sites, sights and sounds. Two handsome guides to make one laugh and opportunity to learn about other cultures! Fans also make it a special show. Hope Season 2 will take them to other continents / countries.

Tackles a variety of societal issues (problems) with young adults: sexism, emphasis on looks, parent/ child relationships, envy, misunderstandings, self- hate, suicidal ideas, eating disorders, effects of plastic surgery, striving for success and happiness as we work toward our dreams, love with first kiss —and a lot more. Has some very nice songs including rap! There are very funny moments too. Worth watching. Would strongly recommend to young viewers — of all ages ( over 13 due to language). Also, acting gets better “so hang in there!” ; )
