It talks about providing good vibes to ourselves by practice self-care, overcoming toxic energy and prioritizing our wellbeing, to be mindful and practise meditation, strive for building positive habits which eventually will invite a positive life, trust the universe and be a shining star for ourselves. I happened to read Healing is the inner high (Vex King’s second book) on last weekend & I was totaly mesmerised by his way of writing. The writing seemed so simple and easy yet it can have profound effects on its readers. Not for once I felt bored reading that book so I planned to read his first book - Good Vibes, Good life. Vex king has a great writing method and the message given in the book is loud and clear which makes this book a worthy read
