Violet Flame

Great casting, great choreography, great costumes and visual effects, poor script, horrible dialogue, atrocious cgi Goro, disappointing final battle. The worst thing about this adaptation is that they felt the need to introduce a non character to the Mortal Kombat Universe in order to explain to the audience what the point of the movie is. If you have to use character dialogue to explain the scene and what's going on, then your script writers failed. This is a 3 star film at best. I only gave it 5 because I want them to do better next time and turn the Mortal Kombat Universe into multimedia franchise.
