The accurate story is more interesting. In an effort to seem even-handed, he film boringly devotes first half to two characters who seem to have defected. There is no context for the film to help someone who doesn't know the history understand what really motivated the Wasp Network, and the film slides over the outrageous prison sentences they received for spying on terrorists, not on the United States. Basulto and Posada Carriles -- self-acknowledged terrorists -- are portrayed as heroic champions. Confusing, boring, and unenlightening. A waste of talented actors efforts.
