Kurapika

This film was wonderful. When I first began learning about the horrors of war, I thought about what it was like for other nations. I just got a glimpse of Japan’s side. The leading character, Suzu, faces life’s conflicts as she matures and overcomes obstacles left and right. It being romance, sorrow, or wartime problems, Suzu goes through all of it. The entire plot had a sense of realism, so much that this could be based of a true story of a girl’s life and I would believe it.
