Cinematography is amateur, we never get a sense of how intense the scenes actually are. There are no good shots that make the show seem like authentic star wars, in the force awakens, Rey gets on a sled and goes down this humongous hill that symbolizes how alone she is in this world. We never get anything like that in The Mandalorian, and signs show that we won’t ever. The characters are contradictory, for example: The Mandalorian, in the opening few scenes of the first episode make him seem like he’s been doing this for years and is very good at what he does, but later, he can barely get on top and ride an animal. There is a mixture between childish and mature that has a hard part, things just don’t mix.
