Landline is a truly wonderful programme, we watch it sporadically depending on what our day includes, but we have been watching the 30th anniversary broadcast, and that in itself has been brilliant to watch. My wife and I have spent quite a bit of time in Rural Australia but not on farms, however I think the true Australians of this land are those primary producers who do in fact put community above most things. I find people in cities of Australia vwey cold and this to me is not the true Australian way, as I came here as a skinny white pom in 1974. I love Australia and think it may be time for us to move back to the country, inspired by watching LANDLINE!!
