In the umbrella of various thappads Women get everyday physically or verbally, this movie is the best depiction of all those predicaments. Film revolves around various women with different social and financial status. One is maid working in Amrita's house, Amrita herself, Amrita's lawyer.
Film is a thappad to Indian Society where beating women is seen as a symbol of superiority.
