The characters are well portrayed with interesting twists on their past lives. The storylines are original and not copies of Star Trek themes taking unpredictable turns as the past is gradually unfolded in bite sized interesting chunks, with each new episode revealing something you didn’t expect. There are interesting inclusions of cloning and enhanced humans as well as quantum theory, expanding a likely future for humanity as well as the reasons for the arc. Unlike Star Trek, earth was not a utopia, it was a place to escape from.

A great first episode with an intriguing storyline, mixed with the usual high and real life backgrounds. Thankfully, this series has returned to the importance of great acting wonderfully filmed. I look forward to the concluding episodes.
