i’ve never written a review for anything before but this game annoyed me enough to do it. i’ve been playing for about 3 hours now and i can’t stop noticing the constant cutting to black from a cinematic and then to gameplay or a new cinematic. it’s so prevalent in the game that it’s become a noticeable annoyance. also the audio is really buggy in parts and the character designs and super underwhelming. the cinematics are also really poorly written and the ai seems really dumb. the bike feels way too heavy on turns and shooting feels really loose and annoying. one thing i will complement is the melee in this game feels nice. when i’m whacking a “freaker” over the head with a stool of a chair it feels really satisfying, to the point where i always rather melee attack instead of shooting enemies. anyways i’ll have to see how the gameplay hopefully improves with the rest of the story. also the only reason i bought this game is because it was 30% off so.
