It's takes everything you liked about Birdman and throws it out the window. They weren't sure how to revive the license but the solution was to take elements from a great show, and shove them into a bad one. It's a soulless cash in at its best and an unfunny pain to watch at it's worst. The writing staff needs to go back and rewatch the original show. They might learn how to land at least one joke that way.
