Exhausting to watch. I had to stop after an hour. The movie cuts from one scene to another every 30 seconds or so. The background music is constantly there and loud. It jumped to different timelines every few minutes. Very disorienting. As some else said, it felt like I was watching the previews before a movie. Sure, the subject is interesting but the movie was poorly edited. I seriously don’t understand how this was nominated for a bunch of awards. Glad I didn’t have to sit through this in an actual movie theater.

Great special effects. Story ok. Except for the Red Wizard who hardly spoke, the cast was trash and annoying. Who ever made the choice of letting the actors speak in modern day lingo made a bad decision. It just took away from the immersion of the story. Hugh Grant. Annoying. Chris Pine. Wimpy. Why is it that women in action movies are now stronger and tougher than men? Sure, women should be treated equally to a point, but these movies have made women masculine and men wussies. Dumb. Now back to the Red Wizard. She was intriguing with her powers and all business, nothing goofy like the protaganists. I was rooting for her to smash the "good" guys. Oh well, in predictable fashon, the good guys win and we have another Hollywood throw away movie. Puke.
