Truly a disappointment of a film. The potential was definitely there for an interesting horror film with interesting lore, and it’s pretty obvious every ball was dropped. Poor audio mixing. Very loud music while dialogue remains too quiet. Interesting cinematography at the beginning that slowly devolves into a hard to follow mess. I honestly liked the look and concept of the monsters, unfortunately you barely see them the whole movie, and when you do it seemed to be quick cutaways. The main group of protagonists were mostly unlikable, and I felt no connection to any of them. Mostly disappointed, and annoyed that I watched it because it was in the top 10 on Netflix, and it’s more of a B movie that should be buried somewhere on Amazon Prime.
