It’s timeliness and awareness is alarming, and its relevance to every human heart is startling, even if one has no connection whatsoever with a migrant culture. Motherhood, love, loyalty, and family tie every woman to Lydia’s story, and every man should rise to defend her and Luca every step of their journey.
