Using the pandemic to explain the "why" of this film is pointless. It is a horror pic that goes "thud." In fact, the reason this whole weird horror experience takes place is because, are you ready for this; each of characters had ringworms! Wow! The saddest part of the film for me was, most of the movie was a product of some horribly bad "mushroom trips." Where are the good old days when mushrooms were fun??
