J Haycraft

I personally loved the game. There were a lot of glitches, and some dialogue came out flat. Meanwhile, some of the companions were really annoying to me (an attempted bro-type companion, and another companion who's backstory is pretty much their only personality trait), but I loved the storyline, abilities, choices, pretty much everything else about it. I've heard a lot of bad things about it, but I loved it enough to replay it in detail several times. Currently halfway through another one.

The busywork of minor tasks being tedious fetch quests becomes annoying immediately, but the utterly amazing cutscenes definitely make up for it in my mind. The various tie-ins from previous games and novels are really cool, too. Definitely recommend.
