I don't feel the world should change for one generation of people that feel they should be entitled to everything. In life there are ups and downs , good and bad happens on a everyday basis. How are they able to deal and mature into adults without going through LIFE as it happens.
As far as work goes, pack the phone in a locker , if an emergency happens at home all family members should have the business number to where they work, this would keep them off the phone and enable them to actually work, instead of costing their employer for working 1/3 of the time actually at work.
What happens when the parents aren't around anymore ?
This is what will happen, a true shock at what life is actually about when it's too late.
